Winders  operate on 3 volts DC which is supplied by the included  AC/DC plug-in adapter which converts standard North American 110 volt current.

Turns per day (TPD) and the direction of the turns are critically important to winding watches properly.

RHD watch winders are designed to provide both the right number of turns per day (TPD) and the direction of turn for your watch.  Your watch is rests on a soft foam cushion - it actually feels like memory foam.   The microprocessor controlled motor rotates the watch 360 degrees and then pauses until the next cycle.  Settings for TPD are shown in the illustration above.
