Closing a double-fold, push-button deployant clasp

the easy way

1. When you first put a watchstrap with a deployant clasp on your wrist, both sides of the deployant are unfastened. ( top watchstrap and deployant clasp in the photograph )

2. Close the buckle side of the deployant by moving it towards the center of the deployment and gently pressing down until it "clicks" into the locked position. (

3. Thread the pointed end of the watchstrap into at least one of the "keepers" and push the flip-lock side of the deployant towards the center of the deployant.  When you gently press down it will "click" and lock the deployment securely into place. (

To remove the watch from your wrist just press the push-buttons to unlock the deployant mechanism and open it.
