Closing a double-fold, push-button deployant clasp
the easy way
Please note that you DO NOT have to push the buttons when you are closing the deployant clasp.
The only time you need to push the buttons is when you are opening the deployant clasp.
1. When you first put a watchstrap with a deployant clasp on your
wrist, both
sides of the deployant are unfastened. ( top watchstrap
and deployant clasp in the photograph )
2. Close the buckle side of the
deployant by moving it towards the center of the deployment and gently
pressing down until it "clicks" into the locked position. ( middle watch strap and deployant clasp
in the photograph )
3. Thread
the pointed end of the watchstrap into at least one of the "keepers" and push
the flip-lock side of the deployant towards the center of the deployant.
When you gently press down it will "click" and lock the deployment securely
into place. ( bottom watchstrap and deployant clasp
in the photograph )
To remove the watch from your wrist just press the push-buttons to unlock the deployant mechanism and open it.
